Palo Santo wood is renowned for its purifying and relaxing properties.

This sacred wood is special because it is harvested only after the tree branches have fallen naturally.

In Native American tradition, healers use Palo Santo during smudging rituals. Its woody aromas are known to purify the atmosphere and bring peace and harmony. Smudging with Palo Santo creates a suspended space that promotes concentration, meditation, and all energetic work. It allows for the purification of places, crystals and minerals, pebbles, objects, jewelry, as well as one's own energy.

Instructions for use:
Hold a Palo Santo stick in one hand and tilt it downwards to light the other end.
Allow the flame to burn for about thirty seconds (it takes a little time to light), then shake the stick to extinguish the flame and activate the ember. Place the Palo Santo stick in a container with sand.

Palo Santo does not burn continuously: you re-light it 1 to 2 times, for 3 to 6 minutes of burning, to obtain a sufficiently lasting scent in your room. (It extinguishes itself).
